Landscape Design Questionnaire

The purpose of this questionnaire is to effectively meld form and function.  Your assessment here will help your decision making down the road.  Use the questionnaire to help recognize your wants and needs, but to also recognize your site specific conditions before delving into the process.

Preliminary Questionnaire

Is the land in question a commercial, residential, or income property? What is the age and style of the permanent structure on the property? Is your landscape North, South, East, or West facing? From what time till what time does this space receive sunlight? Are there any drainage issues on the property? Do you know where all of your underground utilities, irrigation and drainage systems are located? Are there existing features you would like to remove; to renovate; to keep?
